Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• 1–3 years in tendering or quantity surveying, preferably in M&E construction.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (SLDs, Schematics, etc.).
• Strong Excel skills for costing, take-offs and data analysis.
• Excellent organization, detail-orientation, and multi-tender management.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in a tendering or quantity surveying role, preferably within the M&E construction industry.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings (Single-Line Diagrams, Schematics, etc.).
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel is essential for costing, quantity take-offs, and data analysis.
• Excellent organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for liaising effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
