The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Singapore.

The role involves tender reviews, quantity take-offs, and detailed cost estimation to prepare competitive bids. You will read drawings, assess specifications, and price BOQs with accuracy. Applicants should have a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related fields, with 2–3 years of relevant experience in Singapore's construction industry.

Qualifikationen

Diploma or degree in QS or related field is required.
Experience in pre-tender estimation, QTO and tender preparation is essential.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and tender documents is required.

Aufgaben

Tender & Document Review: Review drawings, specs, and contract conditions to understand scope.
QTO: Measure quantities for materials, labour, equipment, and provisional sums.
Cost Estimation & Pricing: Build detailed estimates with market rates, overheads and profit.
BOQ Preparation: Prepare or price the BOQ ensuring alignment with project specs.
Sourcing: Request quotes from subcontractors and suppliers and analyse them.
Risk Analysis: Identify project risks.
Clarifications & RFIs: Raise queries and handle addenda.
Tender Submission & Reporting: Compile tender package and ensure deadlines.
