LinkedCorp HR Consultancy Pte. Ltd. in Singapore invites a capable Quantity Surveying Assistant to support tender submissions and contract administration. You will analyse quotations, assess progress claims, and assist in variations, while coordinating with the project team to meet requirements.

The role requires 2–3 years in construction, a Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying, and proficiency in MS Office, MS Project and AutoCAD. Immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• 2–3 years in the construction industry.
• Proficient with MS Office, MS Project and AutoCAD.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and assist in tender submission, including taking off, calling for quotations and preparation of tender documents for the submission of tender.
• Analyse and evaluate the received quotations from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure optimal terms.
• Assess Subcontractor's Progress Claims and prepare Payment response within stipulated timeline.
• Assist the Contract Managers for assessment of Variation Orders and Extension of Time by Subcontractor and Suppliers including finalization of accounts.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure that all project requirements are met.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.
