PERSONNEL LINK JOBHUB PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Property/Facilities Coordinator to assist the Property Manager in keeping premises well maintained, handle quotations, calls, and inquiries, and oversee handover of units to tenants.

You will conduct regular inspections, coordinate with contractors on dormitory maintenance, manage tenancy and payments, and support day-to-day office tasks in a fast-paced environment. Immediate start preferred; monthly salary depends on experience plus AWS.

Qualifikationen

• NITEC or related certification in Building/ Real Estate/ Property Management.
• Experience in dormitory, property management or related field preferred; training available for candidates without dormitory experience.
• Certified Fire Safety Manager would be an advantage.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Independent, meticulous and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Reporting to the Property Manager and assisting him in ensuring that premises are well maintained.
• Calling of quotations, handling telephone calls and enquiries.
• Handing and taking over of units to tenants. Updating occupant list and processing dormitory passes.
• Dealing with contractors on dormitory maintenance issues and supervision of works.
• Conduct regular unit inspection and rectification on irregularities.
• Dealing with tenants on tenancy, quotations, payments and maintenance related matters.
• Other assignments/matters as directed by the Management.
• Rotational shifts from Monday to Friday (9am to 6:30pm/12pm to 9:30pm).
• Locations: Pioneer/Jurong
• Candidates available immediately or short notice preferred.
