Job summary

BHS Kinetic Pte Ltd is seeking a Facility Supervisor to manage the dormitory facilities and lead maintenance activities in Singapore. The role focuses on ensuring safe and efficient operation of all facility systems and delivering high-quality tenant service.

You will supervise maintenance staff, coordinate with contractors, and uphold regulatory compliance while driving continuous improvement in maintenance standards and documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
• Minimum relevant experience in facility management, dormitory operations, or building maintenance.
• Must have welding certificate, fire alarm certificate.
• Good knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and building maintenance systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and support to tenants by addressing inquiries, complaints, and facility-related issues promptly.
• Maintain a harmonious living environment within the dormitory and ensure tenants comply with all dormitory rules and regulations.
• Monitor and ensure the proper operation and condition of all facility equipment and systems.
• Supervise and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance works according to the facility maintenance schedule and database guidelines.
• Coordinate and liaise with contractors and service providers for repair works and planned maintenance activities, ensuring all tasks are completed effectively and on time.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities, identify potential issues, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare maintenance reports, records, and documentation in accordance with company procedures.
• Review and improve facility maintenance standards, procedures, and documentation, and share knowledge with team members to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to the Facility Manager on operational improvements, maintenance strategies, and cost-effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company policies.
• Supervise facility staff and provide guidance to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Facility Department or management.
