Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous customer service to meet tenant and visitor needs.
• Record, track, and elevate feedback, issues, and urgent cases appropriately.
• Support tenant events, visitor registration, and daily building activities.
• Manage parking applications and coordinate tenant information with relevant parties.
