Job summary

SUCCESS RESOURCE CENTRE PTE. LTD. is hiring for a Front Office Guest Service role in Singapore. The position offers a permanent contract with a 5-day work week totaling 44 hours and three rotating shifts: 7am–4.30pm, 1pm–10.30pm, and 10pm–7.30am.

Salary ranges from SGD 2,800 to SGD 3,000 plus variable benefits. Attractive medical and flexible benefit components are included. The ideal candidate will have a minimum ITE qualification, maintain a polished appearance, and possess prior experience in

Qualifications

• Minimum ITE qualification required.
• Maintain a well-groomed appearance and tidy work area.
• Experience in a similar/relevant field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Assistant Manager to provide courteous services and respond to guests’ complaints, requests and enquiries.
• Handle telephone calls promptly and ensure courteous and efficient service.
• Perform cashiering functions and adhere to Front Office policies and procedures.
• Be familiar with room types, rates and availability; maintain guest relations with in-house guests.
• Take ownership of problems, handle guest complaints promptly and report for follow-up when needed.
• Ensure guest room security and follow emergency procedures; encourage use of Safe Deposit boxes.
• Provide guests with information on hotel facilities and local attractions; maintain effective communication with hotel staff.
