Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a hotel guest services associate in Singapore to respond to guest requests, handle inquiries, and maintain courteous service at the residence. You will answer phones within three rings and assist with cashiering and security procedures.

You will work shifts across a 44-hour week, with varied start times, and collaborate with the Residence Manager to provide a high standard of hospitality and problem resolution to guests.

Responsibilities

• Respond efficiently and tactfully to guests’ complaints, requests and inquiries.
• Provide courteous and efficient service, ensuring telephone calls are promptly handled within three rings.
• Handle cashiering functions and adhere to the residence’s Standard Policies & Procedures.
• Maintain good guest relations with in-house guests at all times.
• Take ownership of problems and promptly handle guest complaints according to established procedures.
• Report to the supervisor for further follow-up when necessary. Write glitch reports when required.
• Ensure guest room security, emergency and fire procedures are followed. Encourage the use of Safe Deposit boxes (El-Safe) and adhere to policies & procedures for their use.
