Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Clinic Administrator to ensure smooth daily operations across multiple clinics and inpatient wards when required.

You will assist patients with registration, appointments, billing inquiries, and general enquiries, while supporting healthcare professionals and handling calls and emails promptly.

Qualifications

• Requires GCE O'Level qualifications or a Diploma.
• Proficient in computer applications and able to work across multiple systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work in healthcare settings, including clinics and inpatient wards.
• Experience in customer service or healthcare administration is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Ensure clinic operational readiness and compliance with established service standards.
• Support patients throughout their healthcare journey, including registration, appointment scheduling, discharge processing, cashiering, and general enquiries.
• Provide information on billing procedures and insurance-related matters.
• Assist healthcare professionals with chaperone duties and preparation of consultation documents.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and other service-related enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Provide administrative support and assist with day-to-day clinic operations.
• Perform other assigned duties as required.

Requirements:

• Possess at least GCE 'O' Level qualifications or a Diploma.
• Proficient in computer applications and able to work across multiple systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working in a healthcare setting, including different clinics and inpatient wards when required.
• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, healthcare administration, or related service industries is an added advantage.
