Job summary

Yamato Transport (S) Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a junior finance assistant to support daily AR/AP tasks, process payments, and update systems. You will perform supplier statement reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and assist with month-end closing procedures.

The role also involves ad hoc finance support as required, with standard office hours from 8:30am to 5:30pm. No prior experience is required; A’ Level or Diploma in Accounting is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Education: A’ Level or Diploma in Accounting.
• Experience: No experience required.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
• Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, PivotTables).
• Able to start immediately; office hours 8:30am–5:30pm.
