Job summary

NHG Health in Singapore seeks a Temporary Patient Service Associate to support doctors' consultations, handle registrations, billing and appointments, and maintain PDPA-compliant patient data. Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: GCE “N” Level, ITE NITEC, ITE Higher Nitec, or Diploma.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude, initiative, and willingness to learn.
• Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Relevant healthcare or clinic experience will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in ensuring clinic readiness to receive patients and visitors by maintaining adequate inventory levels and checking that equipment is clean and functional.
• Perform room assisting duties including retrieving/returning patient records and chaperoning doctors.
• Prepare and assist doctor for physical examination or minor procedures as needed.
• Take basic patient measurements and record vitals in EMR; collect specimens when required.
• Provide financial counselling and assist with scheduling surgeries and endoscopy procedures.
• Maintain PDPA-compliant handling of patient information and respond to inquiries about services.
