Job summary

PERSOL Singapore is recruiting Clinic Assistants for our healthcare client. You will be the first point of contact for inquiries via phone, online, or walk-ins, and you’ll coordinate appointments for consultations, lab tests, and imaging while escalating urgent cases to the triage nurse.

You’ll register patients, verify demographics and insurance, manage billing and payments, handle feedback, maintain accurate records for audits, and support administrators with reports and inventory.

Qualifications

• Minimum NO Level, Nitec or Diploma in a relevant field (Healthcare, Business Administration, or related).
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in healthcare, hospitality, or customer service, preferably with front-desk administration or billing experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries via phone, online, and walk-in channels.
• Coordinate appointments for consultations, lab tests, and imaging; escalate symptoms.
• Register patients and verify demographics and insurance; maintain records accurately.
• Handle billing: payment collection, corporate billing, reconciliation; explain charges clearly.
• Address patient feedback and complaints; escalate as required.
• Maintain records for quality and audits; ensure data protection compliance.
• Perform general admin: reports, correspondence, inventory; liaise with vendors.
• Cover colleagues during absences; participate in cross-training and extra shifts with approval.
