Job summary

Public Service Division (Singapore) is driving Public Sector Transformation (PST). The role supports the ServiceSG Contact Centre team to streamline and integrate hotlines across the Whole of Government, serving 400+ citizen services as an outsourced shared service and enabling surge and crisis response.

You will assist on projects, test dashboards, support documentation and audits, and maintain asset registers while providing data to agencies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office software.
• Strong sense of initiative and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and is team oriented.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, as well as good interpersonal and organising skills
• Attentiveness to details and nuances.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and is comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and the ability to adapt quickly to changing and challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Assist BPs and ADs with project work.
• Testing upcoming dashboards and supporting reporting and billing verification.
• Editorial support on PowerPoint/documents and coordination with procurement for CC2 tender preparation.
• Support IVR testing and comparison with documents.
• Assist in extracting information for Annual Ops audit.
• Assist BPs to provide raw data to agencies.
• Maintain the asset register for laptops loaned to contact centre vendor.
