Job summary

MOH Holdings (Singapore) is seeking an Executive/Senior Executive to support the Agency Services Division in managing public enquiries and overseeing an outsourced contact centre vendor. You will ensure communications align with service standards and contribute to service improvements.

You will lead projects, leverage digital tools, analyse trends and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance citizen experience and operational workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and experience in public communications or customer experience is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication required.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Experience in public healthcare sector is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support service operations and manage written communications.
• Oversee outsourced contact centre vendor performance against SLAs.
• Lead projects to improve service delivery using digital tools.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance citizen experience.
• Secretariat duties for team and meetings; manage ad-hoc assignments.
