LTA Land Transport Authority in Singapore seeks a Senior Systems Operations Executive to monitor ERP2.0 from the Operations Control Centre (OCC), ensuring system uptime and rapid fault response. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain, test, and validate systems, especially post-upgrade checks.

This role requires shift work, strong English communication, and meticulous attention to detail to support continuity of public services.

Competenze

• Knowledge in IT or related disciplines.
• Interest in an Operations Control Centre environment.
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Effective written and verbal communications in English.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Mansioni

• Monitor ERP2.0 system operations from the Operations Control Centre (OCC) and oversee dashboards.
• Detect faults, log cases, and escalate according to SOPs with internal and external stakeholders.

What the role is

SENIOR / SYSTEMS OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

What you will be working on

You will be part of the team that provides 24/7 monitoring and control of the ERP2.0 system from the Operations Control Centre (OCC). You will monitor system operations dashboards, detect faults, log in cases, and perform fault escalation in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Business Continuity Plans with various internal and external stakeholders. You will also be required to render support for system maintenance activities, testing and commissioning of new systems and post upgrade/maintenance system sanity checks.

What we are looking for

• Knowledge in any discipline, preferably in Information Technology related disciplines.
• Keen interest in an Operations Control Centre environment, relevant experience would be advantageous.
• Able to work 12 hours rotating shift; including weekends and public holidays.
• Effective written and verbal communications skills in English.
• Meticulous and attentive to details.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
