Job summary

Goldtech Resources Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide onsite technical support in a fast-paced trading environment. You will assist traders, VIP users and business stakeholders with desktop and end-user computing, troubleshoot hardware/software and trading application issues, and coordinate with internal teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience in Desktop Support, End User Computing, or IT Support roles.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience supporting VIP users and senior stakeholders, including traders.
• Familiarity with trading apps like Bloomberg or WEBICE is advantageous.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, front-office environment.
