Job summary

Lantern Recruitment Solutions Pte. Ltd. is seeking a motivated Telemarketing Executive to work from home in Singapore.

You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our building maintenance services, and generating leads to support the sales team. You will arrange appointments, follow up on inquiries, maintain accurate records, and strive to meet daily and monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Direct outbound calling experience preferred.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently from home.
• Target-oriented and disciplined.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good command of English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable working environment at home.
• Experience in building maintenance, cleaning, facilities management, or related services is an advantage.
