Job summary

SKINLAB THE MEDICAL SPA PTE. LTD. is seeking a telemarketer to drive outbound calls, promote products and services, and build strong customer relationships in Singapore. You will identify needs, present value, and work to secure appointments and sales targets.

The role requires fluency in English and at least one other language, with a diploma or higher. You will maintain records, report on activities, and support marketing campaigns as part of a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Telemarketing or sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Fluent in English and one other language.
• Diploma or higher education required.
• Experience with customer databases and MS Office is beneficial.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to promote products and services using the company database.
• Understand customer needs and present features, benefits, and value clearly.
• Build relationships and follow up to secure appointments, close sales, and meet targets.
• Accurately maintain customer records and call activities in the system.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on call activity, appointments and sales performance.
• Support marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives as needed.
• Perform additional marketing, telemarketing, or administrative duties as assigned.

• Conduct outbound calls using the Company's provided customer database to introduce and promote our products and services
• Engage with prospective customers, understand their needs, and effectively present the features, benefits, and value of our products and services to generate interest and sales opportunities
• Build strong customer relationships by following up through calls or messages to secure appointments, close sales, and achieve individual sales targets
• Accurately maintain customer records, call activities, and sales outcomes in the Company's system
• Prepare and submit regular reports on call activities, appointments secured, sales performance, and provide feedback or recommendations to enhance telemarketing effectiveness
• Work closely with the team and support marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives as assigned.
• Perform any other marketing, telemarketing, or administrative duties as assigned by the Company

Requirements

• Proven track record as a telemarketer or similar sales / customer service role
• Proficient in spoken English and one other language
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, and use of telephone systems
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Warm, welcoming and approachable voice
• Excellent skills in negotiation and dealing with customers’ objections
• Patient and composed in the face of customers’ objections and feedback
• Highly independent, disciplined and takes initiative
• Possess at least a diploma
