You will make outbound calls from lead lists, record outcomes in the CRM, and collaborate with sales and advisory teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in telemarketing, call center, or customer service preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
