Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Business Manager - Telco Account Manager to build and sustain strong relationships with Telco partners.

You will support sales engagements, drive account development, and help align offerings with promotions and strategic initiatives. The role requires a diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing or IT, with proven experience in account management or business development and knowledge of connectivity, cloud or cybersecurity solutions.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing or IT required.
• Experience in account management, sales support or business development.
• Knowledge of technology solutions (connectivity, cloud, cybersecurity, UC, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage and develop relationships with Telco Business Managers.
• Support Telco Business Managers in sales engagements and account development.
• Foster collaboration to improve communication, responsiveness, and overall business experience.
• Support joint customer meetings, presentations and solution discussions.
• Ensure alignment with Telco product offerings and promotions.
• Participate in internal briefings, training and planning activities.

Business Manager - Telco Account Manager

Salary: $ 3000 - $ 4000 + Tier commission payable upon KPI achievable + Transport account provided

Location: Tiong Bahru

Working Hours: Monday - Friday / 8.45am to 6pm

Alternate Saturday / 8.45am to 1.15pm

Key Responsibilities

• Build, Manage and Develop a strong working relationships with the respective Telco Business Managers.
• Key point person to support the Telco Business Managers in sales engagements, opportunities and account development.
• Foster a closer collaboration to improve communication, responsiveness, and overall business experience with the Telco Business Managers.
• Support joint customer meetings, presentations and solution discussions as required.
• Ensure working alignment with Telco's product offerings, promotions and strategic initiatives.
• Participate in internal briefings, training sessions and business planning activities and events

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Sales / Marketing / IT.
• Experience in account management, sales support and / or business development (preferably in telecommunications or ICT).
• Good understanding of Technology business solutions (connectivity, cloud, cybersecurity, UC, etc.).
