Job summary

Richemont is seeking a Technology Business Manager to bridge business needs with the Technology & Operations team. You will oversee budgets, vendor management, and strategic IT alignment to deliver reliable IT solutions across regions.

You will coordinate infrastructure initiatives, manage the IT project portfolio, and define KPIs to track outcomes. Collaboration with stakeholders at all levels is essential to ensure value delivery and governance compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• Minimum 5 years progressive experience in technology roles.
• Strong knowledge of cloud computing, AI/ML, data analytics, and cybersecurity.
• Familiar with IT infrastructure, workplace tech, ticketing systems, and service delivery.
• Proven track record working with stakeholders at all levels.
• Collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate infrastructure initiatives, upgrades, and service enhancements.
• Follow up incident escalations and drive root-cause resolution with technical teams.
• Coordinate UAT, deployment planning, and communication for minor enhancements.
• Maintain documentation on processes, service catalogs, and workflows.
• Contribute to governance framework and ensure alignment with strategy.
• Manage technology project portfolio prioritization by impact, risk, and resources.
• Define and track KPIs for strategic tech initiatives and report progress.
• Identify and manage vendor relationships crucial to long-term tech vision.
• Oversee budgets, ROI tracking, and cost optimization for software/hardware.
• Build strong relationships with business users and translate needs into IT requirements.
• Assist in developing business cases for infra or service enhancements.
