Job summary

Richemont Iberia SL in Singapore seeks a Senior Service Officer – Tech to support IT operations, drive digital transformation, and oversee infrastructure and projects. You will manage Level 1/2 support, SAP workflows, and vendor relations while mentoring junior staff.

The role emphasizes delivering reliable IT services, adhering to security policies, and collaborating with regional teams to enable smooth product rollouts and IT improvements across boutiques and offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in IT roles.
• Strong experience in Windows environment including Office 365, SharePoint, and Exchange.
• Experience with Retail POS systems and SAP is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee reliable operation and maintenance of IT infrastructure (LAN, wireless, internet, servers, storage, backups, printing, security).
• Lead Level 1/2 support for system issues and SAP support with strong customer focus.
• Supervise installation and maintenance of IT equipment per company standards.
• Manage hardware and software inventory and asset lifecycle.
• Develop and enforce IT operational reports, procedures, and policies for efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to IT policies, security protocols, and compliance.
• Mentor junior IT staff and foster their development.
• Support IT Manager in project deployments for office and boutique environments.
• Drive digital transformation by researching new technologies and solutions.
• Deliver IT training to promote adoption and literacy.
• Collaborate with Regional Digital Development for local requirements and product rollouts.
• Identify and propose new technologies to enhance operations and services.
