SG03 Richemont Luxury (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Service Officer – Tech to support the IT Manager in overseeing the local subsidiary's IT operations, ensuring reliable services and driving digital transformation.

You will lead IT operations/infrastructure, manage IT projects in office and boutique environments, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with regional teams to implement in-house digital products while ensuring security and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years progressive experience in IT roles.
• Proven expertise in IT infrastructure management, helpdesk operations, and successful project delivery.
• Strong experience working in a Windows environment, including Office 365, SharePoint, and Exchange.
• Experience with Retail POS systems and SAP is highly desirable.
• Technical Skills Advanced understanding of networking protocols and services (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, FTP, Proxy).
• Proficiency in IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL certification highly preferred).
• Experience with cloud platforms, automation and data analysis tools (Power BI, Google Looker, MS Power Automate, Robotic Process Automation - UiPath), and cybersecurity best practices.
• Knowledge of Cisco Meraki is an advantage.
• Soft Skills & Attributes Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to diagnose and resolve complex IT issues, making informed and timely decisions.
• Excellent ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences, including senior management, technical teams, and non-technical staff.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and ensure the reliable operation and maintenance of IT infrastructure for business operations (LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, servers, storage, backups, printing, security).
• Lead Level 1-2 support for system-related issues, SAP support, and customer-focused resolution.
• Manage hardware/software inventory and asset lifecycle, including refresh cycles.
• Develop, implement, and enforce IT reports, procedures, and policies to improve service delivery.
• Ensure adherence to IT policies, security protocols, and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor junior IT staff and foster technical development.
• Support IT manager in project deployments for offices and boutiques within time, scope, and budget.
• Drive digital transformation by evaluating new technologies and solutions.
• Oversee training on IT infrastructure to promote adoption and digital literacy.
• Collaborate with Regional Digital Development as liaison for local requirements and product rollouts.
• Identify and present strategic technology recommendations to management.
