Job summary

Richemont seeks a Senior Service Officer – Tech in Singapore to support the IT Manager in overseeing local IT operations and driving digital transformation. You will ensure reliable IT services, manage projects, and lead infrastructure initiatives while promoting efficient, secure, and scalable IT delivery across offices and boutiques.

The role requires 5+ years in IT, strong Windows, Office 365, SharePoint, SAP experience, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in IT roles.
• Proven expertise in IT infrastructure management, helpdesk operations, and project delivery.
• Strong experience in a Windows environment including Office 365, SharePoint, and Exchange.
• Experience with Retail POS systems and SAP is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee reliable operation and maintenance of IT infrastructure (LAN, networks, servers, storage, backups, security).
• Lead Level 1 and 2 support for system issues, SAP, and user queries with a customer-focused approach.
• Supervise installation and maintenance of IT equipment and software per company standards.
• Manage hardware/software inventory, refresh cycles, and asset lifecycle.
• Develop and enforce IT operational reports, procedures, and policies for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, security protocols, and regulatory standards.
• Mentor junior IT staff and support their professional development.
• Partner with Regional Digital Development for local requirements and product rollouts.
