Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Technology Support Lead within CT Corporate Data and Analytic Services to lead teams responsible for the stability and performance of production services.

You will oversee incident management, AI-assisted triage, and coordination with business and technology stakeholders to ensure seamless operations. In this role you will guide on-premises and cloud deployments, validate AI-driven incident recommendations, and drive continuous improvement using observability

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience troubleshooting, resolving and maintaining IT services.
• Experience using AI capabilities to support production operations with data sensitivity awareness.
• Ability to review AI-assisted incident recommendations and validate before action.
• Experience managing applications/infrastructure in large-scale environments (on-premises and cloud).
• Proficient with observability/monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana.
• Familiar with ITIL processes and ITSM tools (ServiceNow).
• Strong debugging/troubleshooting skills in Java and/or Python.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams delivering end-to-end application or infrastructure service delivery.
• Drive adoption of enterprise AI capabilities to improve incident triage and actions.
• Oversee incident, problem, and change management to maintain service reliability.
• Monitor production environments, use observability tools, and communicate issues/resolutions to stakeholders.
• Apply AI-assisted practices to identify recurring interruptions and validate remediation.
