Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a skilled technology operations professional in Singapore to lead end‑to‑end service delivery for core business operations. You will drive AI‑assisted incident triage with human‑in‑the‑loop validation and govern stability through ITIL processes and change management.

You will oversee on‑premises and cloud environments, using Dynatrace, Splunk and Grafana to detect anomalies and improve observability, while collaborating across teams to ensure secure, auditable operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience troubleshooting and maintaining IT services.
• Experience using enterprise AI capabilities with validation and data sensitivity awareness.
• Review AI-assisted incident recommendations before action with proper escalation when needed.
• Experience managing applications or infrastructure on premises and in the cloud.
• Familiar with ITIL and ITSM processes such as Change, Incident & Problem Management.
• Strong debugging skills in Java and/or Python across end-to-end issues.
• Hands-on with observability tools and ServiceNow processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams delivering end-to-end service for business operations.
• Lead adoption of enterprise‑AI capabilities with human-in-the-loop validation.
• Execute policies ensuring stability and lead incident, problem, and change management.
• Monitor production environments and improve observability practices.
