Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a Level 2 IT Support professional in Singapore to resolve tickets and support end-user computing. The role covers hardware, software, SAP role management, AV setup and onboarding/offboarding.

Candidate should have a Diploma and relevant IT support experience, with strong troubleshooting and customer-service skills. 1-month completion bonus is offered; role based in Jurong East.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in IT support, desktop support or end-user computing.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software and connectivity.
• Familiar with user account administration and ticketing systems.
• Knowledge of SAP access management and AV support is advantageous.
