Job summary

RMA CONTRACTS PTE. LTD. is seeking an entry-level IT support member to handle Level 1 troubleshooting, maintain data records for service standards, and coordinate with partners for account provisioning and policy compliance.

The role is based at Hillview with a Monday–Friday schedule, offering an annual bonus and 18 days of annual leave. Onboarding occurs after the interview, with a contract through January 2029.

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT / Computing/ Engineering or ITE Certificate with relevant IT experience.

Responsibilities

• Level 1 IT troubleshooting.
• Collate, analyse and maintain data records for service standards tracking, dashboard reporting, audit and governance.
• Coordinating with service partners for account creation, updates, enabling/disabling, deletion in accordance to prevailing IT and security policies.
• Manage IT provisioning and IT induction on new hires first day of work.
• Support IT projects e.g. coordination with stakeholders and employees, data progress tracking.
• Facilitate IT configuration changes and account access rights.
• Guide users on the policies, processes and responsibilities in management of IT devices and accounts.
