Job summary

PEOPLE PROFILERS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a proactive Administrative & Technical Support to join the Technical Services team and coordinate service activities for the Singapore market.

You will handle service notifications, assist on-site visits, maintain Excel trackers, and respond to basic CRM inquiries while gaining hands-on training in mechanical engineering workflows.

Qualifications

• ITE or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• No experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting.
• Familiar with CRM and MS Excel.
• Willing to travel for site visits when required.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Technical Services team with administrative and technical coordination tasks.
• Manage and process Service Notifications (SN) and replacement cases for the Singapore market.
• Respond to simple technical enquiries received via C4C (Customer Relationship Management System).
• Coordinate DHL replacement shipments and maintain status updates in Excel tracking files.
• Assist with documentation, data entry, filing, and other technical-related paperwork.
• Accompany the Technical Services team on site visits when required.
• Support ad hoc projects and operational tasks as assigned.

5 days week, 1 year contract with full benefits

Requirements

• Technical or Mechanical Engineering background preferred.
• ITE, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent technical qualification.
• No experience welcome as on the job training provided.
• Basic understanding of mechanical products, troubleshooting, or technical documentation.
• Comfortable working with CRM and service management systems to manage customer cases, track service requests, maintain accurate records, and generate reports.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Willing to perform both office-based support and occasional site visits.
