Job summary

Equiptest Engineering Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a senior technical consultant to provide pre/post-sales expertise for ISG products and lead design and delivery of integrated solutions.

You will support the full sales process, train engineers and customers, and manage projects with factory engineering to meet technical and schedule requirements. The role requires strong English, travel willingness, and hands-on CAD skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electronics and electrical engineering from a recognized university.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in semiconductor assembly and test.
• Experience developing test programs or supporting test applications for Advantest, Verigy, LTX-Credence, Teradyne, MEMs testing.
• Knowledge of load board design and sockets.
• Strong English communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to travel globally.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• CAD knowledge with AutoCAD or SolidWorks.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre/post-sales technical expertise for ISG products.
• Support the full sales process from requirements analysis to handover.
• Lead design and delivery of integrated Plug and Yield or multiple technologies solutions.
• Prepare training documents for in-house engineers and customer training.
• Lead project teams to complete projects on time.
• Build strong relationships with factory and coordinate with engineering to meet needs.
• Identify design issues and report changes to the factory.
