Job summary

RRECRUITER PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a results-driven Business Development professional to drive lead generation, nurture key accounts, and present tailored technology solutions to clients in construction and building services.

You will build relationships with developers, consultants, and contractors, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to expanding the customer portfolio. This role involves preparing proposals, quotations, and tender submissions, negotiating pricing and terms

Qualifications

Education in engineering/related field as stated in the ad.
1–3 years in technical sales, project-based sales, or business development.
Basic ability to read technical drawings; AutoCAD experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Prospect new market opportunities, identify target accounts, conduct client presentations/site visits, and expand the customer portfolio to drive repeat business.
Manage and cultivate long-term partnerships with developers, consultants, and contractors, leveraging upselling and cross-selling to grow existing key accounts.
Evaluate client technical needs to propose tailored solutions, preparing accurate quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close deals, consistently meeting or exceeding assigned monthly/annual sales targets and KPIs.
