Job summary

ES RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Sales Engineer who blends engineering knowledge with customer engagement and business development. The role focuses on developing sales opportunities, supporting project delivery, and maintaining strong client partnerships.

You will engage with clients and contractors, prepare quotations, evaluate project requirements, and provide on-site technical support. A driving license and willingness to travel are required where relevant.

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services.
ACMV/HVAC experience is highly advantageous.
Singapore citizen is required due to access for MINDEF-related projects.

Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development: follow up leads, build client relationships, and convert opportunities.
Tendering & Quotation: prepare quotes and cost estimates for submissions.
Technical & Project Support: understand equipment, support installations and on-site coordination.
