Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd (Healthcare & Lifescience) is seeking a service-oriented professional for 6-month contracts and active order processing. You will handle customer inquiries, create new customers, process ERP orders, and coordinate with suppliers and logistcs to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires a min diploma/degree in logistics or business with at least 3 years of relevant experience and exposure to ERP systems. Office hours Mon-Fri, location Science Park, Singapore.

Qualifications

• Min diploma/degree in logistics, supply chain or business.
• Minimum 3 years' order processing experience.
• Experience with ERP and customer service workflows.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers enquiries on product, maintenance, rental, price, and delivery.
• Create new customer in the system and screen partners.
• Process orders in ERP and schedule jobs; manage quotes, deliveries and invoicing.
• Check stock availability with factory and suppliers.
• Support service contracts, rental schedules, and renewals.
• Assist Service Managers with admin duties and monthly reports.
