Responsibilities

Collaborate with Account Managers to identify customer requirements.
Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations to showcase solutions.
Design and recommend networking solutions aligned with customer needs.
Prepare detailed technical proposals, solution architectures, and RFP/RFI responses.
Engage with customers to understand networking, security, and infrastructure challenges and provide technical consultation.
Address product capabilities and deployment questions to aid decision-making.
Collaborate with engineering and support teams for onboarding and validation.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of networking technologies and industry trends.
