Job summary

Platform&Co in Singapore seeks a Network Engineer / Network Security Engineer to work with sales and product teams, run POC, present solutions and provide pre and post-sales support.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in IT or CS, strong knowledge of security architectures, TCP/IP, and firewall/IPS technologies, plus 1–5 years in IT security and network/data center deployments. Relevant certifications like Juniper, Extreme, Nokia, or Cisco are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT, CS or related discipline.
• Solid knowledge of Security Design Architecture, OSI/TCP-IP, networks and protocols.
• Experience with firewall and IPS technologies.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the sales and product teams
• Conduct Proof-Of-Concept (POC) and prepare technical proposals
• Conduct solution presentation and workshops
• Provide pre and post-sales support
• Propose and explore new and upcoming technologies in the market
• Perform any other duties as assigned
