Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate with and influence customers, including technical alignment, clarification, and negotiation.
• CCNA/CCNP or other networking certificates are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales support for company products and networking solutions.
• Develop business opportunities with clients.
• Deliver formal technical proposals and presentations to clients.
• Design network solutions and ensure the solution is competitive.
• Understand clients' business and technical requirements.
• Identify client requirements and coordinate with the sales team.
• Handle client inquiries and technical-related issues.
• Conduct product training for clients.
