STAFFLINK SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a results-driven Sales Engineer to join our industrial automation team in Singapore. You will undergo structured training to gain in-depth product knowledge and will visit customers on-site to tailor demonstrations and solutions.
You will build strong client relationships, identify new opportunities, and drive sales growth across designated territories while collaborating with internal teams on launches and events. Frequent travel is expected.

Attend structured and paid product and application training programmes.
Develop in-depth knowledge of industrial automation products and their applications.
Provide technical consultation and recommend suitable solutions to customers across various industries.
Conduct on-site customer visits to understand operational needs and deliver effective product demonstrations.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships while expanding the client portfolio.
Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth within the assigned territory.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries and technical requests.
Collaborate with internal teams to implement product launch strategies and achieve business objectives.
Support and participate in seminars, exhibitions, and trade events when required.
Manage daily sales activities independently and efficiently.
Contribute to market expansion and territory development initiatives.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and professional standards.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or other related disciplines is preferred.
Strong interest in industrial automation and technical products.
Passion for consultative and solution-based sales.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
Goal-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
Comfortable working in manufacturing environments and interacting with technical stakeholders.
Willing to travel frequently for customer visits (approximately 60% of the time, including occasional overnight travel).
Possession of a valid Class 3 Driving Licence is advantageous.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
