Job summary

Revup Proservices Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a driven Technical Sales Engineer to join our growing team in the construction and building materials sector. You will balance technical product knowledge with proactive client engagement and business development.

You will work with contractors, architects and developers, present product specifications, nurture long-term relationships, and help develop a healthy sales pipeline from initial contact through to order.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Building, Construction, Architecture or related discipline.
• Experience in technical sales, building materials, or construction industry preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales activities to achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
• Develop new business opportunities and build a healthy pipeline of prospective clients.
• Build and maintain long-term business relationships with main contractors, architects, consultants and developers.
• Prepare and propose product specifications based on project and client requirements.
• Conduct product presentations and provide technical information to clients and key stakeholders.
• Understand customers' project requirements and recommend suitable product solutions.
• Follow up on project opportunities from initial engagement through to sales conversion.
• Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective customers to strengthen business relationships.
• Keep updated on market developments, upcoming projects and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Candidates with relevant technical knowledge who are keen to develop a career in sales may also be considered.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable engaging with contractors, consultants, architects and other industry stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and comfortable working in a sales environment.
