Job summary

RECRUIT LYNC PTE. LTD. seeks a results-driven Technical Sales professional in Singapore to drive business growth. You will identify opportunities, present products, and run on-site demonstrations to meet customer needs while collaborating with internal teams for solutions.

The role requires a degree in engineering or related field, relevant sales experience in building materials, and own transport. Only Singaporean applicants will be considered.

Qualifications

• Engineering or related degree required.
• Experience in technical sales in construction chemicals/building materials preferred.
• Own vehicle required.
• Singaporean only.

Responsibilities

• Execute technical sales and business development activities to hit sales and profitability targets.
• Identify and develop new customers and opportunities within Singapore.
• Build relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, applicators, distributors, and key contacts.
• Conduct product presentations, site visits, trials and evaluations to support customer requirements and drive sales.
• Provide technical advice, troubleshooting, and value-based solutions with internal teams as needed.
• Manage assigned accounts, projects, and channels to strengthen relationships and grow sales.

5 Days (Mon-Fri 8:30am to 5:30pm)

Your Responsibilities:

• Execute technical sales and business development activities to achieve assigned sales, profitability, and business growth targets.
• Identify and develop new customers, projects, applications, and business opportunities within Singapore.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, applicators, distributors, and key customer contacts.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, site visits, technical trials, and product evaluations to support customer requirements and drive sales opportunities.
• Provide technical advice, product recommendations, troubleshooting, and value-based solutions to customers in collaboration with internal technical teams where required.
• Manage assigned customer accounts, projects, distributors, and sales channels to strengthen customer relationships, secure repeat business, and expand sales opportunities.

You Will Need:

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Construction, Building Materials, Business, or a related discipline
• Relevant experience in technical sales, construction chemicals, flooring systems, building materials, or related industries.
• Possess own vehicle
