Job summary

Seoulstart is seeking an experienced recruiter to lead hiring for technology teams in Singapore. You will partner with hiring managers, translate business needs into recruiting plans, and drive end-to-end execution from sourcing to closing.

Ideal candidates have 6–10 years of full-cycle tech recruiting experience, strong Mandarin communication with Taiwan candidates, and a proven track record partnering with engineering teams as trusted advisors.
