Job summary

Stripe is seeking a strategic Technology Recruiting partner to scale our APAC teams in Singapore. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, advise leadership on talent strategy, and leverage market insights to improve our processes.

We value continuous learning, thoughtful experimentation, and collaborative feedback as part of a high-growth engineering organization. Mandarin fluency is required to engage Taiwan candidates.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, in-house preferred.
• Professional fluency in Mandarin Chinese, able to communicate with candidates in Taiwan.
• Experience partnering with tech hiring teams and acting as trusted advisor.
• Strong written and verbal communication, ability to advise internal stakeholders and candidates.
• High initiative and ability to navigate evolving environments with autonomy.
• Data-driven approach using market trends and internal metrics to refine strategy.

Responsibilities

• Partner with multiple internal stakeholders to understand hiring objectives and drive recruiting strategies.

To support our long-term objectives in the region, we are seeking a strategic partner to scale our Technology teams across APAC. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while advising leadership on talent strategy and market insights. Responsibilities

• Partner with multiple internal stakeholders with varying priorities to understand their hiring objectives and drive recruiting strategies to hit headcount goals
• Build and drive cross-functional partnerships with compensation, human resources, finance and others to scale hiring across Stripe
• Consistently generate a healthy pipeline of high quality candidates by driving initiatives across branding, events, and employee referral channels
• Provide timely reporting of key metrics and insights to drive decisions and improve processes

Minimum requirements

• You have 6 - 10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house experience strongly preferred)
• Professional fluency in Mandarin Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively with candidates in Taiwan.
• You have experience partnering with tech hiring teams throughout the recruiting process, acting as an effective hiring partner and trusted advisor
• You possess great written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to act as a trusted advisor to both internal stakeholders and external candidates.
• You demonstrate strong initiative and the ability to navigate complex, evolving environments with a high degree of autonomy.
• You take a data-driven approach to recruiting, using market trends and internal metrics to refine your strategy and improve process efficiency.
