Job summary

MANPOWER STAFFING SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking an experienced recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle in a fast-paced environment in Singapore. You will partner with hiring managers and recruiting leads to define needs and strategies, source candidates, and ensure a superb candidate experience.

You will maintain ATS records, support onboarding, and contribute to employer branding and talent marketing while staying abreast of market trends and competitor practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 3–6 years of proven recruitment experience in a fast-paced or high-volume setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for managing multiple stakeholders.
• Skilled in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to prioritize independently.
• A collaborative team player with a passion for exceptional hiring experiences.
• Experience recruiting for technology or consulting roles.
