Job summary

Wiseasy is seeking a full-cycle Recruiter based in Singapore to manage hiring across various roles in a global fintech environment. This role requires professional Mandarin and English proficiency, as you will partner with leaders in China and engage with Mandarin-speaking candidates.

You'll handle recruitment tasks from sourcing to closing while ensuring a great experience for all candidates. Ideal candidates will have 0–5 years of recruiting experience and strong organizational skills.

As we scale our commercial, technology, and operations teams outside China, we are building a talent function that can hire with speed, quality, and a genuinely global lens.

The Role

We're looking for a full-cycle Recruiter to own hiring across a portfolio of roles spanning technology, commercial, operations, and corporate functions. You'll partner closely with hiring managers, run proactive sourcing, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience from first contact to signed offer. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role in a lean in-house team — a strong platform for someone early in their recruiting career who wants breadth, autonomy, and exposure to cross-border hiring.

Because our leadership and many hiring stakeholders are based in China, and a portion of the roles you'll support are China-facing or require engagement with Mandarin-speaking teams and candidates, this position requires professional written and spoken Mandarin alongside English.

What You'll Do:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer, and close.
• Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, calibrate on requirements, and design fair, structured interview processes
• Proactively source and build talent pipelines through direct outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, and talent communities
• Own the candidate experience — clear communication, timely feedback, and a professional impression of Wiseasy at every touchpoint.
• Liaise with China-based HQ stakeholders and hiring managers, and source and assess Mandarin-speaking candidates for China-facing roles.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the ATS and support regular reporting on pipeline health, time-to-fill, and other key metrics.
• Contribute to employer branding, talent mapping, and continuous improvement of our hiring processes
• Support work pass and onboarding coordination in partnership with the wider HR team where required.

What You'll Bring

• 0–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house or agency); candidates at the earlier end with strong potential are encouraged to apply.
• Professional written and spoken Mandarin — required to communicate with China-based hiring stakeholders and to source and assess candidates for Mandarin-speaking and China-facing roles.
• Professional working proficiency in English.Solid sourcing instincts and comfort with direct candidate outreach.
• Strong organisation and the ability to manage multiple open roles and competing priorities.
• A genuine service mindset toward both candidates and hiring managers.

Nice to Have:

• Experience recruiting in fintech, payments, hardware, or technology.
• Exposure to cross-border or regional hiring across APAC, EMEA, or NORAM
• Familiarity with an applicant tracking system and basic recruiting metrics
• Awareness of Singapore employment practices and work pass processes (EP/SP)
