Job summary

PCCW Solutions Singapore PTE. LTD. is seeking a Technical Writer with 3–5 years of experience, preferably with strong exposure to RFP/RFI, tender, and technical proposal writing in the IT, software, or technology industry.

The successful candidate will translate complex technical requirements into clear, customer-focused content, collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Solution Architects and SMEs, and manage multiple proposals under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in technical writing for IT/tech proposals.
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts into clear content.
• Experience with RFP/RFI, tenders, and government/public sector tenders would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage RFP/RFI and tender responses from start to submission.
• Analyze requirements and ensure compliant, accurate responses.
• Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Solution Architects, and SMEs.
• Develop proposal content including descriptions, methodologies, and delivery models.
• Edit and proofread proposals for quality and consistency.
• Maintain a library of reusable content and templates.
