Job summary

LPS is seeking a Technical Writer with 3–5 years of proposal experience to translate complex IT requirements into clear, customer-focused responses. You will work with Sales, Pre-Sales, Solution Architects, and SMEs to craft compliant, compelling tenders.

You will manage multiple RFP/RFI/tender submissions, maintain reusable content libraries, and ensure accuracy, formatting, and timely delivery under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Technical Writing experience, with emphasis on proposal, RFP/RFI, or tender writing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Strong editing, proofreading, and content-structuring capabilities.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, non-technical language for customers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage RFP/RFI, tender, and technical proposal responses from review through submission.
• Analyze customer requirements and ensure responses are complete, compliant, and aligned with tender specs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Solution Architects, SMEs, and other stakeholders to gather inputs.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, customer-friendly content.
• Develop proposal content covering solution descriptions, methodologies, and delivery models.
• Edit and proofread proposals to ensure accuracy, clarity, and formatting quality.
• Maintain a library of reusable proposal content and technical documentation.
• Coordinate multiple proposal assignments and meet tight deadlines.
• Support improvement of templates, content standards, and documentation processes.
