Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Technical writing experience in high-tech manufacturing or NPI environment.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update technical documentation including engineering documents, work instructions, specifications, and bulletins.
• Gather and interpret technical information from drawings and product/process documentation; translate into clear content.
• Manage documentation lifecycle: review, approval, revision, release.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Quality to ensure technical accuracy and consistency.
• Support training and knowledge transfer for equipment, processes, and system upgrades.
• Ensure documentation meets quality standards and supports continuous improvement.
