Job summary

NCS is seeking an experienced Solution Consultant to support RFQs, RFPs, and tenders for IT infrastructure maintenance and cybersecurity offerings in the APAC region. You will collaborate with CSUs, sales specialists, costing teams, and vendors to craft compelling proposals and ensure commercially viable solutions.

The role requires 7–10+ years of IT project management experience, strong process improvement skills, and excellence in communication.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of IT project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies and tools.
• Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of proposals, bid responses and presentations for OneCare services and scope of work.
• Own RFx responses (RFI/RFP) and ensure clear, structured solution narratives.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies, market trends, and cybersecurity and infrastructure needs.
• Engage customers to understand business pain points and design value-driven, right-sized solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, CSU, Costing, and Delivery teams during solutioning and bid stages.
