Job summary

A forward-thinking technology company in Singapore is seeking a candidate to be in-charge of IoTs and AI setup for clients. This role involves working closely with data science and software engineering teams, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining IT inventory. Ideal candidates should be comfortable with hardware/software setup, have a basic understanding of scripting, and thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• In-charge of IoTs and AI setup and installation for clients.
• Prepare data and train AI/ML models with the data science team.
• Resolve technical issues related to hardware and software.

Skills

Comfortable with setting up hardware, software, and networking

Basic understanding of bash scripting

Familiarity with Python/Ruby

Job description

What you will be doing

• In-charge of IoTs and AI setup and installation for our clients
• Work with the data science and machine learning team to prepare data and train AI/ML model
• Help with technical onboarding for new projects and clients
• Resolve technical issues especially on hardware installation and software configuration
• Work with the software engineering team to identify areas of improvements for the product
• Monitor and maintain IT inventory (including laptops, mobile phone, printers, door access), including hardware and software licenses

What we need from you

• Comfortable with setting up hardware, software, and networking
• Have a basic understanding of bash scripting and operating on Linux Ubuntu
• A basic understanding in scripting languages like Python/Ruby is a plus
• Comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment and highly collaborative team
• Candidates with ITE or Diploma qualifications are welcome to apply
