Job summary

NTUC LearningHub Pte Ltd seeks an experienced trainer and events professional to deliver technical training courses, both in-person and via VLC, aligned with approved curricula and training hours.

You will plan and prepare training materials, assess participants, maintain records, and collaborate with stakeholders to review and improve programs.

The role requires strong facilitation, PM skills, and deep AV/tech knowledge, plus a robust industry network and commitment to continuous learning.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver training courses in accordance with NTUC LearningHub Pte Ltd approved curriculum and stipulated training hours.
• Deliver in-person and VLC training courses.
• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages participant engagement and learning.
• Plan and prepare training materials, assessments, and evaluations in consultation with stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of training sessions, participant attendance, and assessment results.
• Participate in the review and evaluation of training programs to ensure they meet the changing needs of the industry.

Job Requirement

• Certifications in event production, AV technology, project management (PMP) or other related technical fields.
• Relevant certification in the field of Learning & Development such as ACLP / ACTA.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical event production or related fields.
• Possess industry experiences with subject matter knowledge and expertise in AV equipment, lighting, stage design, event management software and project management skills.
• Minimum 3 years of adult training experience in corporate or technical fields.
• Possess strong facilitation skills, ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and manage group dynamics effectively.
• Strong industry network, commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
