Job summary

NTUC LearningHub Pte Ltd seeks an experienced trainer to design and deliver digital events-focused learning programs. You will conduct in-person and virtual sessions, plan engaging materials, and assess outcomes with stakeholders. The role demands strong facilitation, content creation, and analytics skills.

You will leverage Zoom and Microsoft Teams to run webinars and hybrid events, while staying current with industry trends and evolving digital marketing practices.

Qualifications

• Certifications in digital marketing, event management or digital event platforms (e.g., DES by PCMA).
• ACLP/ACTA certification in Learning & Development.
• Minimum 5 years of experience concepting, executing and managing digital events (webinars, virtual, hybrid).
• Experience with digital event platforms (Zoom/Teams) and engagement, analytics, and event marketing tools.
• Proven ability to develop and implement digital event strategies with experience in digital marketing (content, SEO, social media, email, engagement).
• Minimum 3 years of adult training in digital marketing or event management.
• Strong facilitation skills; ability to communicate complex concepts and manage group dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training courses per NTUC LearningHub approved curriculum and hours.
• Deliver in-person and VLC training sessions.
• Foster a positive learning environment and participant engagement.
• Plan and prepare training materials, assessments, and evaluations with stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of sessions, attendance, and results.
• Review and evaluate training programs to meet evolving industry needs.
